White Label Link Building for Agencies

Gambling link building your client thinks you built.

You have won a casino, sportsbook or affiliate account and you do not have twelve years of gambling publisher relationships sitting behind it. We do the prospecting, outreach, writing and placement. You get prospect sheets, anchor plans and placement ledgers unbranded and in your template, priced on your total volume rather than per client. We never contact your client, our name appears nowhere, and every placement carries the same 12-month replacement guarantee our direct clients get.

What you get, in writingEvery partnership
  • 01Your name on everythingProspect sheets, anchor plans, article archives and ledgers delivered unbranded in your format. No logo, no footer, no signature, nothing that survives a forward to your client.
  • 02Priced on your book, not per accountVolume across every client you place with us sets the rate, so a small account does not get priced as if it arrived alone.
  • 03Replacements come out of our marginEvery placement covered for twelve months. When a link comes down, we replace it. Your client sees a ledger that stays accurate and you do not eat the cost.

We do not contact your client, ever, unless you put us on the call yourself.

Definition

What is white label link building?

White label link building is an arrangement where a specialist agency does the prospecting, outreach, content and placement, and the agency that owns the client relationship delivers the results under its own name. You keep the account, the strategy conversation and the margin. We supply the publisher network and the execution, and we stay invisible.

In most verticals that is a convenience. In gambling it is closer to a necessity, because the publisher pool is small, closed and relationship-driven. A generalist agency with a strong SaaS or ecommerce network cannot simply redirect it at a casino client: the sites that accept gambling content are a different list, they cost several times more, and the ones worth having do not answer cold pitches from names they do not recognise.

The version that fails is the one where the supplier is really a marketplace. You buy from the same inventory sheet as everyone else, your client ends up with a link profile that duplicates the competitor ranking above them, and when the links come down in month five, the replacements come out of your margin because the supplier never offered one.

The version that works looks like an extension of your team. One conflict check across your whole book so two of your own clients never land on the same page. A de-dup pass against your client’s actual SERP so you are adding reach rather than copying it. One ledger format across every account you run with us, so your reporting looks like a system rather than a pile of supplier exports.

Send us one account to start. Most partners do, and the second one arrives inside a quarter.

The uncomfortable part

Why reselling gambling links goes wrong

Three failure modes, and all three surface in front of your client rather than in front of your supplier.

RISK 01

Your supplier is a marketplace wearing an agency name

If the prospect list arrives as a price sheet, every agency in your market is buying from it. Your client’s profile ends up as a subset of the competitor they hired you to overtake, which is the one outcome that guarantees a difficult renewal.

We run a de-dup pass against your client’s SERP before we pitch, so what you deliver adds domains rather than duplicating them.

RISK 02

Replacements come out of your margin

Links come down. Publishers get sold, redesign, or quietly strip outbound links. If your supplier has no replacement policy, you either absorb the cost or explain a shrinking ledger to your client.

Our 12-month guarantee applies to white-label work exactly as it applies to direct clients. Replacements are our cost, not a line you have to swallow.

RISK 03

The supplier leaks

A branded PDF footer, a tracking domain, an outreach email that copies the wrong address, a publisher who mentions the agency that pitched them. Any one of those turns a strategic partnership into an awkward call.

Nothing we send you carries our name. We do not contact your client, and publishers deal with us, not with a chain of names attached to your account.

The test is simple: could your client forward every document you have sent them this quarter to a competitor, and would anything in it name us? With this setup, no.

Boundaries

What we will not do, at any budget

The first item on the left is the one partners care about most, and it is the one we get asked to bend most often.

  • Contact your client directly, unless you put us on the call
  • Put our name, logo or signature on anything you resell
  • Place two of your own clients on the same publisher page
  • Build or rent private blog networks, for you or for anyone
  • Guarantee rankings, traffic, snippets or AI citations
  • Report a link as live without loading the URL ourselves
  • Bill you for a domain already in your client’s profile
  • Hide the publisher list from you until the links are placed

Standards

The seven things that make a white-label build survive client scrutiny

Everything below happens before your client sees a single document, which is the point of paying a specialist rather than a marketplace.

  1. Prospect sheets in your templateYour columns, your branding, your file format. Sent as an editable file rather than a locked PDF, so you can add your own commentary before it goes out.
  2. Conflict check across your bookWe hold the full list of accounts you run with us and check every prospect against all of them. Two of your clients never end up on the same page, in the same market, arguing over the same link.
  3. De-dup against your client’s SERPEvery prospect cross-checked against the referring domains of the sites currently outranking your client, so the order adds reach instead of reproducing a competitor’s profile.
  4. An anchor plan you sign offDistribution proposed, you approve or adjust, and it is applied per target page. If your client has anchor policies of their own, they go in before outreach rather than after a placement is live.
  5. One ledger format across every accountThe same columns for every client you run with us, so your reporting reads as one system. Live URL, anchor, target page, DR, referring domains, traffic, date and your cost.
  6. The 12-month guarantee sits with usRe-checks at 14 days, 90 days and quarterly. Anything removed, deindexed or stripped inside twelve months is replaced at our cost, so your client’s ledger stays accurate without touching your margin.
  7. A named contact and a one-day responseOne person on our side who knows every account you run with us, and a reply within one working day. Not a shared inbox and not a ticket queue.

What we handle

  • Prospecting and the 9-point vetting on every publisher
  • Outreach, negotiation and the publisher relationship
  • Content: guest posts, insertions and linkable assets
  • Placement, live checks and indexation re-checks
  • Replacements for twelve months, at our cost
  • Unbranded reporting in your format

What stays yours

  • The client relationship and every conversation in it
  • Strategy, target pages and the final anchor call
  • Your pricing and your margin, which we never see
  • Approval or rejection of every publisher on the list
  • The reporting your client actually receives
  • Credit for all of it

How a partnership works

Our white label process

Five steps from first account to a repeatable monthly rhythm. Step one exists because most partnerships fail on the boring parts.

  1. STEP 01Week 0

    Partner setup

We agree your reporting template, your file formats, your escalation contact and the conflict list. Once, not per account. Everything after this arrives in your format by default.

  2. STEP 02Day 0

    Account brief

You send the client’s site, markets, target pages and any anchor policy. We pull the existing profile and the SERP competitors. You never have to explain the client to us twice.

  3. STEP 03Days 1–2

    Prospect sheet and anchor plan

Both unbranded, both in your template, both checked against your other accounts and against the client’s SERP. You edit, add commentary and forward. Strike anything you do not want.

  4. STEP 04Days 2–14

    Outreach, placement and ledger

We pitch, write, place and verify. Every URL is opened by us before it appears in a ledger. The ledger arrives in your format with your cost in it, ready to reprice.

  5. STEP 05To month 12

    Re-checks, replacements and monthly rhythm

Placements re-crawled at 14 days, 90 days and quarterly. Anything that fails is replaced at our cost. Ongoing accounts settle into a monthly cycle with the same dates every month, so your client reporting never waits on us.

Pricing

White label pricing

Our published direct rates are $350 a link on DR 30+ gambling publishers and $500 on DR 50+. Partner rates sit below both, and they are set on your total monthly volume across every account rather than per client, so your smallest account is not priced as though it arrived alone. You get a written rate card within two working days of the partner call.

Questions

White label link building FAQ

The questions agency owners and delivery leads ask on the first partner call. Anything not covered here, ask on the call.

Will my client ever find out you exist?

Not from us. Nothing we send carries our name, logo, footer or signature, and we do not contact your client under any circumstances unless you put us on a call yourself. Publishers deal with us directly, so your client’s name is not attached to the outreach either.

How is white label priced?

On your total monthly volume across every account you run with us, not per client. Our published direct rates are $350 a link on DR 30+ gambling publishers and $500 on DR 50+, and partner rates sit below both. You get a written rate card within two working days of the partner call, and your margin is your business.

Can I start with one client?

Yes, and most partners do. Per-order reselling has no minimum volume. If it works, the second account usually arrives within a quarter and pricing moves to book rates at that point.

What happens if two of my clients want the same publisher?

We hold the full conflict list across your book and check every prospect against it, so two of your own clients never land on the same page in the same market. If a strong publisher is genuinely relevant to both, you decide which account gets it and we flag the second before it reaches a sheet.

Do you also sell to my competitors?

We work with more than one agency, and we will tell you honestly on the call whether we already work with someone competing for the same client SERPs. What we will not do is place two clients on the same publisher page in the same market, whoever bought first.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do, entirely. Strategy, target pages, the final anchor call, pricing, reporting and the client conversation all stay on your side. We supply execution and the publisher network, and we stay out of the room.

What if a link comes down?

We replace it at our cost with an equivalent or better placement, for twelve months from the date it went live. Replacements are logged against the original placement so your client’s ledger reconciles rather than mysteriously changing shape.

Can I use my own reporting template?

That is the default. We agree your columns and file formats during partner setup, once, and everything after that arrives in your format. Editable files rather than locked PDFs, so you can add your own commentary before it goes to the client.

Do you work with agencies outside gambling that have picked up one casino client?

Frequently, and it is the most common reason partners arrive. A strong general SEO network does not transfer to gambling: the publishers are different, the prices are higher, and the good ones do not answer cold pitches. That gap is the whole reason this service exists.

Can you help me pitch a gambling account I have not won yet?

Yes, at the full partnership tier. We will scope volumes, markets and realistic timelines so your proposal has execution detail behind it, and we will join the call under your brand if you want us there. We will not put numbers in your pitch that we cannot stand behind afterwards.

Which services can I resell?

All of them: casino link building, guest posting, niche edits, sports betting links, digital PR, casino content and AI visibility. Digital PR comes with a condition, that you do not sell it to a client on a fixed monthly link count, because earned coverage does not arrive on a schedule.

Can I resell the 12-month guarantee to my client as my own?

Yes, and partners do. Present it in your name. The obligation sits with us, so honouring it costs you nothing but the email telling your client it has been handled.

Next step

Start with one account.

Send the client’s site, market and target pages. You get a rate card within two working days and an unbranded prospect sheet two working days after the brief. No minimum volume to begin.

What we need from you

  • The markets and verticals those clients sell in
  • Your reporting template, or a sample of what your clients receive
